ORDERS AND SHIPPING

All orders placed at Elite Diesels are processed the same day or the following day & once placed cannot be cancelled without a restocking/credit card processing fee.* Depending on any additional processing that needs to be done, the item will be shipped within the next 24 hours after being processed unless custom tunes are ordered. You'll receive a confirmation email after the package has been shipped and any relating tracking information. After the package has shipped it generally takes 6 to 14 business days for the product(s) to arrive at your door. Generally each item specifically tells the shipping speed. We do offer faster shipping if needed on certain items, which can be selected through the drop down menus. But does come at a higher cost.
Items that are not in stock, but are in transit from the manufacturer to our distribution warehouses, will be labeled as such to the best of our ability and generally have a 30-60 day shipping delay due to the post covid shipping and manufacturing delays. We are still feeling waves in the industry because of this and are doing everything we can to keep up with demand.

*NOTICE        
 All air selected shipping orders ship same day if ordered by 2PM EST and ground orders ship within 24 hours of order being placed. Our shipping costs are priced for shipping within the United States and Canada (Must select 2nd Day Air or Overnight to Alaska or Hawaii. Overnight may not be available for remote locations), and some of Canada shipping due to extreme remote areas may be due to extra shipping costs. If so we will notify you and your order will ship once extra shipping cost is paid! If you want something shipped out of the country, please message us on the contact page.

RETURNS

Due to the nature and use of these items we generally do not accept returns as most items are vin# specific or built to order.
We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on this item. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage is given.
We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, if your return request is accepted, a 20% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.

*All sales are final, any cancelations after order is placed, but before the item has shipped, will result in a 3% credit card/processing fee.
Before returning any items please contact us for specific shipping instructions.

*Hard parts such as EGR kits, DPF Pipes/Exhaust, Pyro Kits, Throttle Valve Kits, Exhaust Tips & S&B Intakes are not eligible for return unless we make an exception and a 30% restocking/shipping fee will apply along with your return shipping cost.

This off-road race only product ("this Product") is designed and intended for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes.
